Shipping policy

SHIPPING:

All orders are shipped via FEDEX unless otherwise specified. All shipping charges are the customers responsibility (even if charges are more than website are calculated). Standard shipping orders will be shipped within a day or two of payment receipt. Delays can be expected due to inventory on certain products, in which case we will contact you

TIME:

Shipping methods for FEDEX (EXPRESS, 2 DAY, Ground, 2-Day, 2-Day, and Next Day Air) do not count Saturday or Sunday as transit days! For example: An order is is shipped on Thursday with 2-Day Shipping, the transit days are Friday and Monday, with delivery on Monday.

PO Boxes: We can ship to PO Boxes using Canada Post

International Shipping: International buyers are responsible for paying duties, taxes, and applicable customs brokerage fees separate from the merchandise cost. Buyers will generally pay these fees upon receipt of your shipment. Buyers may be charged additional fees once they receive the package.

Understanding Brokerage Fees from FEDEX to USA Express Shipping: Our website calculator does not take dimensions into consideration when figuring shipping costs. We have made the necessary adjustments for Ground shipping, however, Express shipping may be more than quoted. If this is the case, we will contact you before we ship.
